This unit requires a CORE exchange. We must receive your CORE with NO CRACKS or visible signs of unit operating without proper fluids levels per manufactured recommendations. We must receive your core within 21 days of purchase date. If we do not receive your CORE within 21 days, there is additional fee of $350 for the core plus $150 for shipping container which is a total of $500 and the warranty will be voided.  Shipping costs include a reusable shipping container and a UPS Return Service label. The shipping charge of $125.00 includes ROUND TRIP shipping (in the contiguous United States).  WE DO NOT CHARGE A CORE CHARGE UP FRONT .
