SHIPMENTS The shipment is made within 24 hours from receipt of payment, from Monday to Friday via the express courier SDA. The delivery of the products will take place at the address provided by the purchaser, during registration, in the times and in the manner provided by the express courier SDA (We are not liable for any delays due to the courier). You can request the storage service, and collect the package at no additional cost at an SDA office. In this case, please contact us and request this service. Individual items of limited value are packed by wrapping them inside a sheet of bubble wrap and put in plastic bags or wrapped with wrapping paper. For multiple purchases or bulky products the packaging consists of a cardboard coating or inserting the items inside boxes. If you need special precautions you need to request it before buying the item to see if it is possible to meet your needs. A surcharge may be required. There is no type of economic packaging that allows 100% security to obtain the parcel exactly in the conditions in which it was shipped. It may happen that the package has some fold due to the couriers’ unskillfulnes. We do not ship to the following countries: Russia, Cuba, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Corsica. UPON DELIVERY All our products are checked at the time of shipment and packaged in order to safely tackle the journey; however, in the event of damage to the package, we recommend signing the courier's receipt with "CONTROLLER RESERVE" specifying any damage that you have found in your package. DELIVERY FAILURE The courier makes 2 delivery attempts. If you are not available on the first try, the Courier will try again the next business day. If you are not available on the second attempt, the package will be stored at the branch of the SDA courier of your province and you will be required to pay the costs of the practice ( 10.00) and arrange within 48h to collect your package. The courier may not leave notices of non-delivery. DELIVERY TIME At the time of shipping you will receive an email where you can follow the status of your package. If your package is in storage we will notify you and give you the information to recover it. For each order we issue a receiptThe invoice must be requested at the time of purchase, sending us the necessary data: • Business name• VAT number tax code• Address• Contacts RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - RETURNS Pursuant to Legislative Decree 22.5.1999, n. 185, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract (the purchase), within 14 working days from the day of delivery, without any penalty but specifying the reason. The withdrawal must be expressed by sending, in the aforementioned term of 14 days, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or via an email certified to our PEC. Within the aforementioned term of 14 days all the purchased goods must be returned to Maggiore Ricambi intact and in their original packaging and with any manuals, without any lack. The return costs will be borne by the consumer himself, except for a non-compliant object. The products can be returned only if they have not been used or tested or damaged.In no case will be accepted products with tampering, breakdowns, deficient of the accessories supplied and of which the payment on delivery was made. The right of withdrawal is not valid for all those who can not be considered consumers by Italian law.Subject to the fulfillment of the above, we will refund the amount paid by the consumer within the period of 7 days from the date of return of the goods by the customer. If this amount has been paid by PAYPAL, we will transfer the amount directly to the account of the issuer of the payment, otherwise the purchaser will promptly provide the bank details on which to receive the bank transfer (IBAN Code and account holder).
