At our discretion, we may require that an independent repair facility of our choice verify such defects. We are not responsible for any transportation cost incurred due to a failed part. Any improper use such as, but not limited to racing, neglect, mishandling of said part shall void the warranty.  Improper installation, repair or modification of said part shall void this warranty. Parts installed on a commercial vehicle are not covered. Any existing problems with the vehicle in which the parts are intended for that cause damage to the recycled part shall void the warranty. Failure to follow all instructions on the included installation tag will void the warranty. You, the purchaser, are obligated to establish compliance with any and all conditions set forth for any warranty claim to be accepted. Warranty does not cover any claims of personal injury, economic losses, inconveniences, transportation, towing and any consequential damages.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part of refund the part purchase price, at our option.

Please understand though that due to limited information provided by manufacturers, the science of part interchange is not perfect, and occasionally we discover errors or ommisions. This occurs more commonly with the newest vehicles as parts recyclers learn of discrepancies and incompatabilities. We apologize in advance for this, but we do work diligently with the software provider to enhance the database at every chance. If an option states "from (or thru) a VIN#, this refers to the last (aka sequential) digits of your vehicle's VIN #. B Grade          Used part in average condition. It is of average mileage (relative to model year and/or is in normal condition for its age. It may show wear, scratches, gouges, marks, pits, rust, corrosion, dents or other minor imperfections. See photographs & Conditions & Options line.

C Grade          Used part with high mileage and/or light damage or is for parts/repair only as noted in the Conditions & Options line. See photographs.

NIQ stands for NOT INSURANCE QUALITY which means the parts is not 100% perfect like a new part.
