WARRANTY / GUARANTEE

Parts are guaranteed against defect and fitment unless the listing specifies that the sale is as-is. Warranty coverage is standard 60 days from date of purchase on most parts, longer on some engines and transmissions, and custom body cuts are sold as-is with no returns or refunds. Check the 'conditions and options' line of the listing to see special warranty coverage on engines and transmissions. Ask us for details on extended warranty coverage.

While we offer free shipping on many of our parts, we still have to pay for shipping the part to you. Any parts ordered incorrectly are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction for original cost of shipping up to 50% of the original cost of the item. Freight shipping on larger items can run in to hundreds of dollars, so please contact us with any questions about details of the part or fitment prior to ordering.

Important Shipping Information!

Commercial Freight Shipping is used for any parts that are too large or too heavy to ship with standard shipping services. We use a freight service for these items, and the item will come on a wooden pallet in a semi trailer. You MUST provide a commercial business address with business name for shipping an item like this. A forklift or loading dock is required for this kind of shipping. IF you do not have a commercial business address with business name that you can use for delivery, please ask us, as we have several hubs around the country where we can ship the item to, and you can pick it up when it arrives. Not providing a commercial address with business name will result in delays in your shipment. We CAN ship to a residential address, but price must be discussed in advance as it would result in residential delivery fee, which can range from $75-$200 additional. While we respect and appreciate home-based small business, we are unable to use a residential small business address as a commercial address.

You will see two tracking numbers for freight orders

The first tracking number assigned to your freight order will be a letter we will send out with USPS to assign a tracking number to the order. The secondary tracking number is the PRO number for your freight order along with the freight company handling your order. You will have to visit the website of the freight carrier indicated in the tracking information and input the PRO number to see tracking information for the freight shipment.   If you need any help finding the website of your freight carrier, we are more than happy to help out with a link that will show you where your order is at any given time. Freight orders take longer than ground shipping orders to arrive, so please be patient when ordering a freight shipping item.

Commercial Shipping Location Notes: IF you are in one of the following states or areas, please contact us directly as freight rates are usually more expensive, and we will need to provide you a quote before you make your purchase. CA, OR, WA, ND, SD, MT, ID, UT, NM, AZ, WY, NE, CO. The following cities are also more expensive: NYC, DC, Baltimore, Miami.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses: Sometimes we encounter incomplete or incorrect addresses. As soon as we encounter such a problem, we will notify you right away. If we don't hear back from you before 4pm the same business day, we will send you a letter in the mail to assign a tracking number to the order. Please be sure to respond as quickly as possible to avoid delays in shipping your order.

In the unlikely event of a freight delivery item being damaged in-transit, it is extremely important for you to refuse the delivery of the item, inform the driver of the damage, and contact us immediately via messenger with photos of the damage.  DO NOT OPEN A CASE AGAINST US. By signing the POD (Proof Of Delivery) you're accepting the item in its current condition. We ship everything fully insured and if you refuse the shipment, we are able to file a claim on the freight item and issue a refund on the order. We do our best to respond to each and every message. Please allow us time to respond-we won't forget about you!
