The assembled long block includes:

Cylinder block with rotating assembly - cylinder heads & valvetrain components - camshaft & lifters - timing components - new OEM oil pump gear set - gasket set

No fuel system - no sheet metal - no turbo

All engines built with balanced rotating assemblies & are blueprinted. No welded or repaired blocks or heads. No welded cranks. No sleeves in cracked cylinders.

WE SUPPLY A NUMBER OF LARGE (WORLD WIDE) COMPANYS WITH CUSTOM ENGINES THAT ARE GIVEN MORE ATTENTION TO DETAIL THAN YOUR NORMAL PRODUCTION REBUILDER WOULD OR COULD PROVIDE.

CYLINDER BORED & HONED (SV10 CYLINDER HONE WITH DIAMOND ABRASIVES) WITH TORQUE PLATES TO A MAXIMUM OF .030. NO CRACK REPAIRED BLOCK!

MAIN BEARING SADDLES ALIGN HONED TO VERIFY HOUSING BORE SIZE. WE DO NOT TRY AND REPAIR BLOCKS WITH "SPUN" MAIN BEARINGS. WE JUNK THOSE BLOCKS!

BLOCK DECKS ARE SURFACED WITH CBN CUTTERS. THIS IS THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY IN SURFACING CAST IRON. TO ENSURE PROPER GASKET SEALING WE CHECK ALL SURFACES WITH A PROFILOMETER (DEVICE USED TO CHECK SURFACE FINISH). THE 6.4 HAS A MLS HEAD GASKET & SURFACE FINISH IS CRITICAL!

CRANKSHAFT IS HEAT TREATED (THERMAL CONVECTION OVEN - BETTER AND EASIER ON THE CASTING THAN YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION REBUILDER THERMAL OVEN), SHOT PEENED (STRESS RELIEVES), AND MACHINED A MAXIMUM OF .010 ON ROD & MAIN JOURNALS. CRANKSHAFT IS THEN BALANCED IN DIGITAL BALANCER. NO WELDED CRANKSHAFT JOURNALS!

CONNECTING RODS ARE HEAT TREATED (THERMAL CONVECTION OVEN), SHOT PEENED (STRESS RELIEVES), & RECONDITIONED . MATCHED & BALANCED SET OF RODS. WE DO NOT TRY AND RECONDITION RODS WITH "SPUN" BEARINGS. WE JUNK THOSE RODS!

CYLINDER HEADS RE MANUFACTURED TO OEM SPECS. MULTI ANGLE VALVE JOB, VALVE GUIDES HONED & CHECK WITH DIAL BORE GAUGES.  HEADS ARE SURFACED WITH THE SAME STANDARDS AS THE BLOCK. WE DO NOT WELD OR REPAIR CRACKED OR DAMAGED CYLINDER HEAD CASTINGS. WE DO NOT "SHIM" WEAK VALVE SPRINGS TO INCREASE PRESSURE (WE REPLACE). WE DO NOT USE BRONZE VALVE GUIDE LINERS (THEY FAIL), WE REPLACE THE VALVE GUIDE (NOT TRY & REPAIR IT).

NEW INJECTOR TUBES & GLOW PLUG TUBES ARE INSTALLED IN ALL THE 6.4 FORD CYLINDER HEADS.

WE WILL NEED THE SHIP TO ADDRESS, BILL TO ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS, & ALL PHONE NUMBERS NECESSARY (WORK, CELL, SHIP TO PHONE NUMBER, ETC.). SOMEONE MUST BE AT THE SHIP TO ADDRESS TO SIGN & RECEIVE THE ENGINE AND TO RETURN THE CORE.

NO CORE CHARGE WILL BE BILLED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, BUT BY BUYING YOU AGREE TO HAVE THE ENGINE CORE READY FOR PICKUP AND RETURN TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ENGINE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY (UNTIL CORE CHARGE IS PAID IN FULL) & YOU WILL BE BILLED AND LIABLE FOR A $2250.00 CORE CHARGE.

ANY CORE ENGINES NOT RETURNED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME MAY BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF 20%.

THE 6.4 POWERSTROKE ENGINE CORE YOU ARE RETURNING MUST HAVE NO VISIBLE CRACKS OR HOLES, NO BROKEN CRANK, BROKEN RODS, BROKEN CAMSHAFT, AND ROTATE 360 DEGREES. PARTIAL OR FULL CORE CHARGES MAY APPLY.
