Then, after you have installed it on your vehicle and ensured that everything is working properly, send us back your old module. In 2004 Ford issued a limited amount of these climate controls with improved hard buttons and sturdy green cases. They are no longer available from the dealership and are becoming increasingly hard to find.

Common symptoms of faulty climate control:

- Air does not come out from the desired vents, stuck on defrost or floor

- Control does not send signal to A/C compressor or blend door motor actuator

- Air switches from vents to defrost during acceleration

- Stuck on hot or cold air only

- Display is inoperable

- Unable to control fan speed (only high, only low, or no fan at all *contact me if you have this issue*)

Returning your core

- We will pay shipping to you, you'll pay shipping back to us

- Your core must be complete, part number must match

- No water, fire, or physical damage, no cracked LCD displays will be accepted

- If you or someone else attempted to repair the control, contact us first. Repairs require special skills and circuit boards can be easily destroyed by an unprofessional approach, resulting in an unsalvageable core

- Please, return the Core within 30 days period from the date of purchase to ensure proper core refund.

Shipping & Handling

The USPS Priority Mail shipping price stated in this listing applies only when shipping within the United States. Optional USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days) is available during checkout for an additional fee. International shipping is calculated during checkout. All international orders will ship via USPS Express International. All packages sent to apartment buildings and all packages shipped via USPS Express will require a signature at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

If your issue was misdiagnosed, your problem was not fixed by replacing the module,  you ordered the wrong part, sold the vehicle or changed your mind, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
