Core Exchange:

-Required to Exchange an Equal Application TR3160 with pump transmission core

-No core charge added up front if sending in before taking receipt of our reman.

-Core fee is $500 if core shipped back to us after receiving reman. The $500 would be refunded after it is deemed a viable core.

-We Pay up to $150 towards Return Truck Freight of Core as long as it is boxed/palletized and pickup is at a Business/Commercial Address.

-Your Core Exchange must be Scheduled and Picked Up within 30 Days of Taking Receipt of our Gearbox.

-No Core Refund Given when Core Exchanged in.

-Your Core Exchange is equal to a 1 Year (12 Month Limited) Warranty on Unit Sold.

-Truck Freight Charge varies by Location of Customer.

-Business / Commercial Address MUST BE GIVEN AS SHIP TO ADDRESS. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO A HOME/RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS UNLESS YOUPAY FOR RESIDENTIAL/LIMITED DELIVERY AND A LIFTGATE FEE.

-We will cover up to $150 worth of Return Truck Freight on Core being Returned.   If Return Freight is more than $150, the remainder will be deducted from your core fee.

1 Year Limited Warranty:

Covers Gearbox for 1 Year or 12,000 miles.   Astro Transmission Parts is not responsible for Gearbox Installation or Removal (aka R&R).   We are not the installer of Gearbox sold and since this is a Remanufactured 5 Speed Transmission, it DOES NOT include all Brand New Internals.   The Gearbox we assemble has been professionally rebuilt with all broken/worn/damaged internals replaced.   Once Gearbox is built it is then Dyno-Tested on our Transmission Dyno we have at our disposal.   The Dyno Testing is performed to insure that the gearbox sold is free from defects in craftsmanship/workmanship.   Not to mention a way to test the gearbox for issues before it is shipped across the Country or World.   Oil is installed into Gearbox to perform the Dyno-Test. But, then they are drained before shipment...as Trucking Lines do not allow Transmissions to have Oil installed for transit.NO CORE, NO WARRANY
