How the exchange service works:

1. Place your order

2. Message/leave a note with your mileage and the year of your vehicle [If your vehicle is 2005, please let us know which style you have, see image 3 (Style 1: gas gauge on the left | Style 2: gas gauge on the right)]

3. Your rebuilt cluster will be shipped with the mileage you specify

4. When you receive your rebuilt cluster package and mail in your old, failing cluster then you will be refunded $50.00 of your purchase. Your total is $94.00

To receive a core refund of $50 and lifetime warranty, your cluster must be packaged properly and circuit board/display must not be physically damaged or cracked. A cluster with a prior repair attempt is physical damaged, I can attempt to recover the board but it may not be successful. Please see image 4 of a non-acceptable core return due to a cracked display that was improperly removed/packaged. It is preferred if you include tracking# as well to show it was delivered in case we have any problems with the post as I won't be able to do anything if it was never delivered.
