Freight

• Residential delivery/lift gate service fees are an additional $95; please let us know if you need this service at check out.
• We verify addresses for residential or business delivery.
• We also offer pickup at the nearest freight terminal; please message before purchase to make sure we can offer this.
• Customer must pay any additional shipping costs/redelivery fees if not specified beforehand.
• Receiver must be 18+ for signature.
• Phone number must be provided so freight company can contact you for delivery.
• Use of freight forward business/company will void all warranties.

AR1 AUTO PARTS will ship the part to the address provided, however our policy about forwarded packages is that once the item leaves the United States, returns/warranties/or refunds are no longer valid. This means that if the part is not the correct part, does not work properly, or becomes damaged in any way due to the length of transit time, we will not cover it under our return or warranty policies. We will also not refund any additional costs of shipping due to forwarded items.

Warranty & Returns

• Standard 30-day warranty on all parts from the day of receipt.
• If you notice that an item is delivered and is broken please message us and send us a picture so we can take the next step in helping you.

Please read this carefully. If your purchase is covered under a warranty, we'll do our best to help you as quickly as possible.

• Non-Performance Engines: Are covered with a 90 day start up warranty that begins on the date the engine is received.
• Performance Engines (i.e. turbocharged, supercharged, VTEC VVTI VVL MIVEC, etc.): Are covered with a 30 day startup warranty that begins on the date the engine is received.
• Rotary/Diesel Engines: ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
• Transmissions: Are covered with a 30/90 day startup warranty against defective internals only.

Our warranties above include: Internal parts of the engine block, head(s), and transmission. In the event of a defective engine block, head, or transmission, AR1 Auto Parts will either replace or fix the defective part only, at our discretion. We will NOT cover any Labor Cost incurred.

Our warranties above DO NOT include: Exterior engine/transmission and related parts such as clutches, flywheel, flex plates, distributors, coil packs, ignitors, alternators, a/c pumps, power steering pumps oil/water pumps, solenoids, sensors, seals, valve covers, oil pans, manifolds, fuel system, etc, and torque converters if provided.
