We specialize in building most types of HEUI and Common Rail diesel injectors using state of the art computer aided equipment to recalibrate your injectors back to factory specifications. To ensure factory specifications are met, we utilize top of the line computerized test equipment.  When we receive your injectors, they are visually inspected and completely disassembled. All parts are then cleaned in our Vapor Honing machine. All springs, check balls, internal seals, ball bearings, calibration shims, and bearing supports are replaced. Our turnaround time is typically one to three business days. 2003 - 2007 Ford Power Stroke 6.0L Injector Rebuild Service. You send us your injectors, we rebuild them, test them, and pay the return shipping back to you.

This is a rebuild service for your eight (8) 6.0L diesel injectors. Please read - For this service we will do the following:

• Completely disassemble and cleaned in our Vapor Honing machine
• All springs are replaced
• Spool valve housing is honed and spool valves are replaced
• Check balls are replaced
• New internal seals are installed
• Injectors are reassembled and tested on our computerized HEUI test bench to ensure factory specifications are met
• New o-rings are installed
• New crush washers are installed
• Solenoids are tested and replaced as needed
• Warranty:  This service includes a six month unlimited mileage warranty (see warranty for details)

***Unlike the other guys with their mile long disclaimers of what they won't do for you, Diesel Injectors So Cal is here to rebuild injectors.  We do the best possible work we can.  We are honest and if we tell you we are going to do something, that is what we will do.   If you send us back an injector that we have built within the one year warranty period, we will fix it and send it back to you without any hassles.   If you send us a box of junk, we are going to ship it right back to you and refund your money minus the return shipping costs. So, if your truck is hard starting or just running rough, send us your tired, old injectors and let us put life back into your truck. Helpful shipping and additional information:

• Our normal turnaround time is 1-3 business days once we receive your injectors in our shop.
• We use USPS Priority Mail service and insure your package.
• We carefully wrap and package your injectors for return delivery.
• We recommend you insure your package when mailing to our shop and also use Priority Mail medium flat rate box (11.25" x 8.75" x 6") for faster delivery (example: medium flat rate box with $1000 insurance runs about $32.00).
• USPS Priority Mail is our recommended shipping service, but you can ship to us with UPS or FedEx if you choose to do so.

Customers:

Please make sure to properly package and wrap your injectors for safe delivery. To avoid damage when shipping, we suggest wrapping each injector separately in a rag then place them in plastic grocery or ziplock bags to avoid any leakage of oil or fluids.

We offer this service to the USA and Canada.   Additional shipping costs may apply for Canadian orders.

Additional offer: For those of  you who cannot have your truck down for a week, we offer an additional purchase option. Contact us to set up a CUSTOM LISTING for you to purchase eight (8) of our rebuilt injectors at an additional cost of $200 to be shipped immediately. For this type of listing you must pay a deposit on your cores ($125.00 per core injector). You will have 30 days to return your injector cores to us for a core refund. Your core injectors must be in undamaged condition. For each returned core that is in damaged condition, a charge of $125.00 will be deducted from your core deposit.   Please note: Rarely an injector is not able to be rebuilt. Warranty: Our Powerstroke 6.0 rebuilt injectors are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the work that we perform for a period of one year. The warranty starts from the time your injectors leave our shop. This warranty does not cover damage to your injectors due to poor quality of fuel and/or engine oil, modifications by others, or other abuse. We cannot be held liable for damages done to your vehicle, engine, or any other vehicle component due to the installation of our new, modified, or rebuilt injectors. We are not liable to cover injector shipping costs other than ground shipping back to you. We are not liable for any and all costs associated with injector installation, removal, diagnostic charges, towing expenses, rental vehicle fees, hotel or motel fees, and any other fees should a problem arise with your injectors. We will not accept whole sets of injectors to exchange; only problematic injectors will be addressed.  We and our affiliates are in no way responsible for any engine, engine component, or vehicle component failure due to the use of any of our products and/or instructions, and/or due to negligence of the person using any of our products and/or instructions.
