Power Electric Antenna Restored 1964-1965 GTO LeMans Nice Straight Mast Original

Here is a totally reconditioned rebuilt power electric antenna for a 1964 or 1965 GTO or LeMans.   It has a  nice straight chrome mast which shows just a little wear. It includes the ground strap, lower mounting stud, and the special rubber gasket at the top as shown in the photos.  The motor was meticulously rebuilt and works smoothly going up and down.  The date code on the black plastic motor cover reads AUG 17 63. There was a repair made to the top threaded section and the threads are now perfect.  This mast is the original long one and is quite long when fully extended.  When all the way down it sticks out about 7 1/4 inches.  The photos shows the mast in the full down and full up positions.

The antenna was tested multiple times and works flawlessly going  up and down.

I have a vast collection of GM car parts and options from the 1960's and 1970's and even some from the late 1950's.   Also in the collection are some Chrysler, Lincoln and Ford parts.   One of my specialties are power antennas.
