PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Description:

Raise the car first, put all the cables installed in the car, and then energize it. (Note that the power can not be inserted directly test, because it will cause the machine internal lock not to be used)

Install the Prompt:

1. Do not pull the emergency unlocking cable.

2. Accurately install the EMF(EPB). Reduce the brake shoe gap.

3. If the clearance is too large, please replace the brake disc and brake pad in time.

4. Install plug programming or shut down shipping mode and repair shipping mode.

A: Why do you want to adjust the gap between the handbrake blades?

Most of EPB(EMF) need to be replaced because they are stuck. Fault code is emergency unlock and internal motor failure most of this fault is the handbrake disc gap caused by too large.you have to adjust the clearance.

B: How to adjust the clearance?

1. Tighten until the wheels not move.

2. Back up 3-4 teeth. don't warry about brake disc rubbing a little. EMF(EPB)automatically adjust.

3. The clearance of the two wheels remain the same.

C: What happens if you don't adjust the clearance?

1. Two wheels with different clearances can by noisy.

2. Large clearance motor tavel the motor runs long. fault code will be reported emergency unlock and internal motor failure stuck.
