Buyer pays all shipping costs. You may pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx at checkout through PayPal. Buyer must contact us within 72 hours to specify payment method. Product will be shipped when payment has been received. NC residents pay 7.5 percent sales tax.

Returns ⤵

All parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase unless covered by our lifetime warranty. Items being returned for any reason must be returned by original purchaser with a copy of the original sales invoice. The customer is responsible for safe return of all items. Damaged or modified items will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty ⤵

Used Parts purchased from Lifetime Audi Parts Inc. are covered with a Lifetime Replacement Warranty. This covers defective parts only. The replacement part will be sent at no additional charge when proof of purchase (copy of Receipt or Invoice) is received and defective part is returned.

Lifetime Replacement Warranty is made to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. This Limited Warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship of the product as supplied by the manufacturer. Your warranty period begins on the date of purchase. We will warrant the original part as long as you own the vehicle on which the part was originally installed.
