Credit for returns made are subject to a maximum 20% handling charge.

Include a copy of your original invoice or a note with your complete name and address along with the original invoice number and reason for return. Use the original packaging to send the item(s) back or a sturdy outer shipping container. Returns must be shipped at buyer's expense unless due to a shipping error, please be certain to insure your shipment. Items returned incomplete or not in an exterior shipping container are subject to handling and/or re-box charges.
