• A valid phone number will be required for all Freight Shipping items to a residential as Freight Carriers will call and confirm shipments prior to scheduling the delivery date and time. If in the event that the buyer does not respond to Freight Carrier attempts to call and schedule, buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs which ranges between $200-$300 depending on the size and weight of package. Freight items are hoods, doors, bumpers, fenders, engines, transmissions, transfer cases, axle beams etc.

Shipping to a commercial address does not require Freight Carriers to call and schedule.

• ALL FREIGHT SHIPPING REQUIRES A BUSINESS NAME AND ADDRESS AND IN SOME CASES FORKLIFT ACCESS FOR HEAVY ITEMS SUCH AS ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, HOODS, AXLE BEAMS AND ETC. IF A FORKLIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER HAS TO USE THEIR LIFT GATE THEN THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A $50 LIFT GATE FEE. BUYERS CAN RESORT TO THE OPTION OF PICKING UP THE PART FROM A NEARBY FREIGHT HUB AND IN SUCH A CIRCUMSTANCE WE WOULD PROVIDE THE LOCATION AND PHONE NUMBER OF THE FREIGHT HUB.
