Please contact your certified mechanic and/or local dealership for more information PRIOR to purchase. We are not responsible for any reprogramming/labor costs.

The 30 day period starts when the tracking number shows that the part was delivered.  No labor warranty is provided.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

East Troy Auto Recyclers ships to US addresses within the 48 states only via USPS Priority or USPS First Class, UPS Ground, FedEX Ground, or Spee-Dee Delivery. USPS is the primary carrier we use, however larger packages may go UPS or FedEX. SpeeDee delivery will be used when the destination is within their delivery range.

Because we offer free shipping, the shipping carrier we use is at our own discretion. If a buyer would like us to ship a specific carrier, please contact us prior to purchase so we can figure out the cost difference and apply it to the purchase price prior to the order.

Items are shipped Monday through Friday. Items purchased on weekends or holidays will ship within the next 1 to 2 business days.
