Description

Headlamps come without the park lamp/turn signal unless they are made as 1 unit from factory. If you need both pieces please ask. Conditions and options area shows the grade, any damage codes and condition of the lamp. If you have any questions about the notes in that area PLEASE ask BEFORE clicking buy now. The 30 day period starts when the part is delivered. Sorry we do not provide a labor or shipping warranty

When you may want to return an item:

• When a part is not defective within the stated warranty length and returned within that time frame the orginal shipping costs are not refunded as stated in the shipping terms (or-less agreed upon).

• If the item sold fails to operate within the warranty period we reserve the right to replace the part with an equilavent, functionally working part or refund the purchase price at OUR option.

• Electrical parts are exchange or in-store credit only. Accessories not included, but can be purchased separately are: alternators, starters, compressors, steering pumps, coil packs, turbos, super chargers, distributors and throttle bodies.**_

Some accessories may be left on your item as a convenience.  These items include exhaust manifolds, intake manifolds, fuel injection systems, wiring harness, timing covers, sensors, oil pans, axle shafts, brakes and modules.  Since these are accessories they may not be correct for your vehicle.  Some accessories may work for you, but some may need to be swapped over from your old item.

No accessories are warrantied under any circumstance if left with the item. These may be left on as a convenience to us for removal purpose.

The warranty coverage is for the listed item only and does not cover labor or shipping costs. Labor will not be paid under any circumstances. Shipping claims will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Wiring harnesses:

All wiring harnesses must have fitment confirmed by the customer's dealer. The customer has full access to our VIN to do this, if customer purchases harness and wants to return it there is a $75.00 non-refundable labor charge and any shipping charges will not be refunded.

Electrical Items:

We do not guarantee that the electrical items will "fix your issue". Your vehicle codes might trigger a code for something to be fixed but it's not always that exact item. It could be something else linked with it that is causing the certain code to appear. Sometimes electrical items need to be programmed by the dealer to work properly, that's up to you to figure out before purchase.

Our Warranty does not cover the following items:

The purchaser’s loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use, towing expense, installation expense, commercial loss, rental cars or other consequential damages

On driveline components: fluids, gaskets, seals, flters, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, clutches, water pumps, wiring, thermostats, sensors, hoses, belts, spark plugs and injectors are not guaranteed.

On suspension components: bushings, joints and bearings are not guaranteed. If they are sold aftermarket these are wearable components that should always be replaced.

Light bulbs are not guaranteed to work.

Claims that result from: accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, not using proper methods for removing bolts (i.e. customer breaking bolts-we recommend heating all bolts, here in MI items get corroded).
