D)Shipping – US & International

a.We are located in Arizona- East coast shipments take a little bit longer with FedEx SmartPost services.   We do not ship FedEx to PO Boxes.   If you forgot to change your address, we review the exception on a case by case basis.

c.We ship within 2-4 business days of receipt of payment.    If your order comes in after 8am on Friday, your shipment will be prepared for shipment on Monday (unless Monday is a holiday, then the shipment will be prepared on Tuesday).

d.Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and sometimes PO Boxes - Additional fees AND longer shipment times may apply.

e.United States Post Office (USPS), FedEx and couriers - Please understand that we do not control the courier’s delivery times or costs.  For example, Priority Mail is an estimate of 2-3 days; however, according to the USPS the time frame is not a delivery guarantee.   The only postage which is guaranteed by the Post Office is Express mail which is very pricey.   We only offer Express if you provide a pre-paid shipping label.   FedEx Smartpost is a joint venture between FedEx and USPS and can take up to 10 business days for a package to travel from Arizona, to the Bell Garden distribution center in California, then dispatched by semi-truck to the various regions of the United States.

g.International Shipments are not eligible for free shipping.   Prior to purchase, please inquire if our weights and measurements are accurate. WE ALSO CONSIGN ITEMS.  Unless otherwise stated, our items and our customer’s items are in used condition and/or vintage and/or antique and may contain blemishes and defects.  Items are not perfect and may require assembly, cleaning, and/or repair. C)In the event you “Just Didn’t Like an Item”, you must contact us to discuss.   If your return is approved, you will be obligated to pay for return shipping and original* shipping.   If your product purchased has a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer first for assistance.   Please let us know if you have to contact a manufacturer; we may have quick access to YouTube tutorials, help desk forums, etc.

E)*Original Shipping that is marked as free shipping is not free.   The actual cost of the shipping postage and packing material will be deducted from your refund.   Packing material is typically nominal.
