WARRANTY / GUARANTEE

All items are to be inspected upon receipt to verify condition and that there was no damage done to the item during the shipping process. All warranties start the day the item was delivered. Furthermore all freight items are to be inspected prior to signing delivery paperwork. If the paperwork is signed you are acknowledging that the item was delivered with no damage. If there was damage make notes on the paperwork and contact us immediately. All photos are of actual item that will be received. No additional components except those shown will be included.

All Parts: All recycled, New OEM Surplus and New Aftermarket will unless otherwise specified in writing, our quality recycled parts are warranted for a period of no longer than 90 days from the date the part is received against failure. If you choose to pick up the part in our store,the warranty starts the day is it picked up. T he warranty does not cover ANY labor charges or any other expense incurred by the purchaser under any circumstances. These costs include, but are not limited to towing charges, loss of time, lost use of vehicle, inconveinience, lodging, telehone charges, car or truck rental, gaskets, seals, oil, filters and anti-freeze. Conditions that Void Warranty: Installation of part(s) in any non-stock application (off-road racing, conversion, fleet or commercial application, etc.). Dismantiling of part(s) for any reason. Improper installation or handling. Warranty only applies to the purchaser shown on the receipt. A VIN number will be requested to verify the application of the part.  In the event that the part is defective notify us immediately so we may initiate a claim. When all information is verified we will offer a replacement if available .If available we will ship the item to you at no cost to you and have the defective part returned to us. If a replacement is unavailable we will have the item returned to us at no cost to you. Once the part is back and verified that it is our part, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase price plus shipping charges that you originally paid. If you picked up the part at our store, it will be your responsibility to return the item back ut us. We will not reimburse you for any gas or lost time to return the part to us.

Returns/Cancellations: In the event that you choose the wrong part or decide you do not want or need the part within 30 days, it will be the buyers responsibility to ship the part back to us at your cost. Once the part is returned to us, it will be inspected to verify it is our part, that it is returned in the same condition and completeness when it was shipped out. A refund will be issued for the original part price less the shipping charges.  Parts returned incomplete or in poor condition may result in no refund being issued.

We are aware that mistakes do happen, to us and to you, we only request that you make every effort to order the correct part and supply us with any additional  information that we may need, we will make every effort to supply you with the correct quality part.

Parts will not be left without  an authorized signature.  No Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box please.Pick up at our facilities is available. Please message us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up.
