ONLY FITS 95-99 MODELS.   CONTACT ME IF FROM CA, OR, WA, OR NV BEFORE BUYING.    It is in good condition overall with some road wear such as a few minor scratches, a bit of dirt, about a half dozen tiny paint dots at the bottom right below units, and a few light scuff marks, but no holes or cracks in the main body.   It does have two about inch long scratches above the lighter and one just above that area.   It comes with 3 good working vents, but one is a bit stiff.   All of the 6 dash pad supports including the V-shaped ones at the very top that sit under the dash are in good shape, except one V has a crack and one of the blue rubber plugs is missing.   All the screw mounts are in great shape, except the left side screw mount is broken off, but the mount 3 inches away holds that side well.   All the secondary push tabs with metal clips are also in great shape.   It does come with the cigarette lighter assembly and also comes with the dimmer switch with wire pigtails, but both have not been tested so comes as is.    Item is cleaned, but I leave final cleaning to buyers own desired likeness.   Photos are of actual item, except last one is just an example.   Buyer pays shipping costs which are for 48 states with HI, and AK excluded which was intentional due to the size.   Buyers scale goes from mint, great, good, fair and down to poor.   I ship each day, but Sun. and Holidays.   ONLY FITS 95-99 CAVALIERS, NO OTHERS.
