These are "Generation 3" and "Generation 2" battery cells that fit 2004-2016 Prius, but also can be used to rebuild "Generation 1" batteries (2001-2003 Prius).

If used for "Generation 1", then the entire pack of 38 cells must be replaced in order for these to work.

 90 DAYS WARRANTY on the individual battery cell guarantees that its voltage will not drop below 7.2V.

SERIAL NUMBER OF EACH CELL WILL BE RECORDED IN OUR DATABASE .

IF A CELL FAILS WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD, WE WILL REPLACE THE CELL AT NO COST .

THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE CELL TO BE REPLACED MUST MATCH THE ONE WE HAVE RECORDED.

Returns are accepted within 90 days. No returns on any item after 90 days. The 90 day period starts when the buyer takes possession of the item. If we are not notified, the return may be rejected.

20% percent restocking fee applies to all returns/refunds.

This guaranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration or modifications, removal, normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages.

Electrical parts, altered items, and custom orders are not returnable/refundable.

All returned parts must bear our identifying marks.

If free shipping is offered on the listing, the original charged amount from the carrier will be subtracted from the amount refunded.

Free shipping limited to the 48 continental United States. For Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or physical addresses forwarded to P.O. boxes, please contact us before purchasing to receive a shipping price.

If your purchase has been damaged during shipping, you should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement/refund will be provided. If shipping damage is not apparent until after the driver leaves, please contact the shipping carrier claims department. After initiating the claim, please contact us and we will issue a replacement/refund after the conclusion of the shipping carrier claim.

We cannot answer questions as to whether a certain part will or will not fit your vehicle. It is up to the buyer to check with the local dealer or other resources to determine fit and compatibility beforehand.

Parts from Modern vehicles are complicated in their nature and in most cases require re-programming and in some cases dealer involvement, please verify installation procedures before purchasing. We are not able to answer any questions related to installation.

In most cases we provide interchange information, which is provided for reference only and not as a guide. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the fit of the purchased item.  We cannot be held liable for compatibility issues due to incomplete/erroneous interchange information. Messages received during the weekend will be replied to on the following Monday.
