LTL / Large Shipments:

Large and/or heavy items are shipped via LTL and must go to a commercial location with a forklift/dock. If this isn't an option, please see the Residential LTL section below or you can pick up your order at our shop in Aurora, Ohio, for free. You must be open during regular business hours and have personnel ready to accept and unload the delivery.

Limited access locations will have additional charges added when shipping to places like colleges, racetracks, rural areas, farms, or other similar sites not having personnel readily available to assist with delivery and not open to the walk-in public during regular business hours.

Returns on LTL items are accepted according to the return timeframe on this listing. Refunds of the total value will be sent less the original shipping or any return shipping as applicable.

Residential LTL:

For shipments going to a residence or location that doesn't fit the criteria above, you are welcome to schedule shipments for pickup at our location. If you haven't shipped a LTL item before, you can create a free account with UShip.com to get quotes. Our address is 260 Lena Drive, Aurora, OH 44202 and we are a commercial, non-limited access location with both a loading dock and forklift. All we'll need is a heads up, a copy of the BOL, and the labels that the LTL carrier will provide during the online process of booking the load.
