-Internally cleaned with an ultrasonic tank while pulsing injector pintle valve in a carbon deposit dissolving solution.

-Fuel injectors are flow tested to ensure that they meet manufactures specific flow rates. Spray pattern and overall operation through static and dynamic flow testing is verified. Any injectors not meeting spec are discarded.

-Injectors that pass our flow and operation verification are purged with air of most test fluid. A small amount of fluid remains inside the injectors which will ensure sticky deposits don’t form during transportation.

-Injectors are reassembled with new OEM high quality components such as seals, 0-rings, caps, and filters.

-A final step we take at OEM Fuel Injectors is to vacuum seal the injectors. This protects the injectors from damage, ensures dirt and contaminates cannot foul injectors and provides a low oxygen environment to prevent corrosion.
