If ordering from outside the contiguous USA there may be additional shipping costs depending on location, Please reach out to me any time for an accurate quote. If the item you would like to purchase does not fit into any of the USPS/canada post flat rate packages there may be additional shipping costs and or delays in estimated shipping times. Please contact me before you place your order for an accurate shipping quote if you are unsure.

RETURNS

I would be happy to work with you to resolve any issues should they arise. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or DOA Please contact me and we can find a resolution together, I reserve the right to send a replacement part for any returns. I do not accept returns for AS-IS items under any circumstances. The return address is located in Langley BC Canada.

If you simply do not want an item for whatever reason then I would be happy to accept a return so long as the item is in its original condition with packaging and within the listed return window, Simply send the item back and once I receive and inspected the item you will be refunded your full purchase price minus my shipping costs.

If an item has been used or altered in any way then unfortunately I am unable to accept a return.

Some radios/electronics require a security code, anti-theft unlock, or require special programming. In any case, it is the buyers responsibility to have any locks removed or programming performed should it be required. Return will not be accepted for lock/programming issues.
