Shipping rate is for contiguous 48 United States. Buyers from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada Must inquire for their shipping cost. No international shipping is offered at this time, with the exception to Canada.

Most items are shipped same or next business day. Large, heavy, or special order parts may take several days. Items may be picked up by the customer during normal business hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET Monday through Friday.   Freight shipping takes up to 8 days to arrive.

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

All used items come with 30 day part warranty, tested and working prior to shipping unless stated otherwise in the description.  Warranty does NOT under any circumstance cover any labor costs. Engines and transmissions come with a 30 day parts warranty. Engines and transmissions and mechanical parts must be installed by a certified mechanic otherwise warranty is void.  Warranty does NOT under any circumstance cover any labor costs. Warranty period starts the day of delivery. Warranty does not cover electrical diagnostics or programming required by manufacturer. If picked up, warranty begins the day of pick up.

In case of returns, RMA must be obtained and item shipped back within 30 days. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, unaltered and in resalable condition. All of our parts are marked with an invisible marker in addition to visible markings.  Refund will not be approved if the part is tempered with in any way.
