All Mechanical Used Parts from Southern Vo-Vo are covered with a 6 Month Replacement Warranty. This covers defective parts only. The replacement part will be sent at no additional charge when proof of purchase (copy of Receipt or Invoice) is received and defective part is returned.

Sales Tax

North Carolina State Sales tax of 7.5% applies to all sales within the state. This includes local pickup cash sales.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship only within the Continental US. For all orders paid by Electronic Checks, parts will ship out after the payment has cleared through our bank. It will be helpful if you include your phone number and Volvo model & year to speed up delivery time and ensure accuracy. Domestic Shipping rates are based on per item.  We ship all parts via UPS from our North Carolina warehouse unless other is requested.

RETURNS POLICY

All parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Warranty parts are excluded and will follow warranty terms. Items being returned for any reason must be returned by original purchaser with a copy of the original sales invoice. The customer is responsible for safe return of all items. Damaged or modified items will not be refunded. Southern Vo-Vo will only cover shipping charges if we are at fault for sending a damaged or incorrect part. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Southern Vo-Vo will consider special requests for returns not specified in this policy.
