The first 30 days of the warranty include an option for money back, and the following months include an option for exchange or store credit.

The warranty is limited to only one claim. After one claim, the warranty is exhausted. Sold units will be inspected for any burnt components upon return, voiding all warranties where components are proven to be damaged by the buyer application. Warranty is also void if the item is misused, modified, used for any purpose not originally intended, the vehicle is involved in an accident, or the part is sold to someone other than the buyer stated on the invoice. Warranty is not transferable.

Warranty does not include any labor or other fees associated with installation or removal of parts. Warranty will include the shipping charge only when the part is deemed to be faulty without being damaged by the buyer which is under the sole discretion of NPC Automotive. Buyer hereby acknowledges that the sellers' liability is limited to the price of the item sold.

The buyer is solely responsible for making the correct interchange research. All interchange information provided by NPC Automotive are speculative and must be verified by the buyer. Items returned must be in original condition. If the unit is purchased in error or is damaged for any of the reasons mentioned before, a restocking fee and programming fee is applied and non-refundable. These fees will not be charged if the NPC Automotive is at fault.
