Most items will be shipped through either USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground/Home Delivery

All items under 100 lbs that have extra large dimensions will be shipped via Greyhound Package Express and will be delivered to the closest Greyhound Bus Station that accepts packages. You will have to go and pick the item up from the bus station after they call you

All items over 100 lbs will be shipped via R&L Carriers. We ship to both residential and commercial addresses at no extra charge. Electric Liftgates are an additional $25 service option

1. Will ship to the lower US 48 states except for US Protectorates, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes

2. You will have to contact us first if you need the item shipped to a different address.

3. Purchased Items will be shipped within 1 business day after confirmed payment. Items purchased on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped first thing Monday morning.

4. Please allow 1 - 7 business days for delivery depending on the size and weight of the item as well as which carrier is used.

5. Free shipping is only applied when specifically stated, otherwise buyer is responsible for shipping cost.

6. We accept Immediate payment using a credit cards and PayPal.

7. Sales Tax will be added to destinations that require it.

We want to earn your trust so you can buy with confidence.   We understand that issues and disputes will arise and would like the opportunity to resolve those issues and disputes to avoid negative feedback.

1. We require that you contact us before returning anything. All returns must be authorized by us before being shipped back.

2. Items eligible for return: broken, damaged, non-functional parts; or a different part received than the one purchased.

3. Any items being returned must be done so within 30 business days from the invoice date. Please contact us and provide a reason for return.   Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless we work out something together.

4. We will be liable for return shipping if we are at fault for sending a nonfunctional part or a different part received than what was pictured, described, or invoiced, otherwise buyer pays return shipping.

5. The return policy does not cover parts damaged during shipping or installation and we do not cover labor charges.

6. If you would like to return a part that was wrongfully purchased, you will provide return shipping and the part must be received in the same condition it was originally sold to you.   The refund will only reflect item price, there will be no refund on original shipping.

Parts listed, unless noted, are  used OEM parts. Parts will have no major damage but will have what is considered "normal wear and tear"  due to its age and/or mileage.   If a part does have major damage it will be described and pictured.   Great effort is taken to assure buyers have confidence that what is pictured is what they are buying.
