Item is complete with reinforcement.
From a 2014 Sahara with 70K miles. Item is in great used condition. It just needs a bath which I was frankly too lazy to give it. There are no gouges or significant scratches. It is not bent. It is not salvage from a wreck. I took it off my personal vehicle when I replaced it with aftermarket items. Thanks for looking.
