RETURNS

If there is any issue/problem with the part you purchased please contact us immediately. All parts sold by Ozark Motors LLC have a permanent identification mark and we will not take any part back if this mark is missing or altered in any way. Parts must not be modified or disassembled in any way otherwise we will not allow for return. There is 15% restocking fee for any part that is being returned because purchase in error or incorrect research done on buyers end. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We have a 14 day return policy; meaning we will only accept requests for returns during first 14 days from the date of shipping.

Items must be in original condition to be eligible for refund. NO refunds will be given until items are returned to us. No return on electrical parts.
