Up for sale is a 2007-2010 Ford Explorer/Mercury Mountaineer A/C Heat Climate Control. It is a used item that may show signs of use such as smudges, scratches, and weathering. We do try to clean our parts somewhat but it may be necessary to clean the part further upon receipt.

Shipping

The shipping amount is clearly marked. We only ship to the United States. We usually do not ship internationally. We do combine shipping for multiple purchases shipped at the same time and will refund any extra when the label is printed. Most items are shipped within a couple business days of purchase.

Return Policy

We are human and do occasionally miss things that a buyer may notice. Please contact us (preferably with kindness and understanding) about issues and we will do our best to work something out. We do not accept returns for items unless they are misrepresented and we are contacted prior to beginning a return case. We sell these things to pay our bills not to clean out our closet. This is our primary business so we try never to engage in business practices that would jeopardize this. We wish to treat others in a way that we would expect to be treated. If you receive something you feel was misrepresented or you received the wrong item please remember we are just people and, though we don't want to admit it, we do make mistakes and miss things.
