PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

• Shipping prices for ground apply only to the continental states of the U.S.
  Anywhere else is considered international shipping and will have an international fee.
• Any international customs fees must be paid by the customer.
• To pass our shipping savings onto you, we may alternate between FedEx or USPS depending on which is cheaper and/or faster.
• You are welcome to pick up your item at our location in Tampa 33619. Address available upon request.
• Please note we will ship only to the same billing address that payment is made from, unless otherwise specified.
• PLEASE NOTE: Oversize items like bumpers, doors, doors panels, hoods, trunk lids, engines, transmissions and other similar items will be shipped via Freight or Greyhound Bus Lines. After you purchase such item, you have to immediately provide us with your full name, phone number and closest Greyhound bus station near you, where you will be willing to travel and pick up your item, or a business address with loading dock or forklift for freight deliveries..

RETURN POLICY

• All our sales are final, sold AS-IS, no returns. Please ask before buying

• Prior to purchasing any items, customers must make sure, they are ordering what they want/need.

• There are no returns if a customer orders the wrong part from us, regardless of their lack of knowledge; 20% re-stocking fee will be withheld for incorrect order or doesn’t want the part after the payment was made.

• Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

• Full amount of returning will be made only if by mistake we sent you the wrong item or is not as described.

• If you receive an item and it is damaged you must contact us no later than 48 hours after receiving the item.
