RETURN POLICY Please contact us before returning any parts. Most parts we sell come with a (14) fourteen day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. The (14) fourteen day period starts when you take possession of the part.

All original shipping costs are non-refundable. A  25% restocking fee is applied to  ALL  return items. Any questions please contact our sales staff.

ALL LABOR MUST BE PERFORMED BY A LICENSED REPAIR FACILITY. THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF PART IS

IMPROPERLY INSTALLED, DISMANTLED, OVERHEATED, OR USED IN A COMMERCIAL APPLICATION.

WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO INTERNAL PARTS ONLY; GASKETS, SEALS, TIMING COMPONENTS OR EXTERNAL PARTS ARE NOT COVERED.

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY W-W AUTO PARTS & SALVAGE PRIOR TO ANY REPAIR. ANY DEFECTIVE PART MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE TO W-W AUTO PARTS & SALVAGE FOR INSPECTION PRIOR TO ANY CLAIM BEING PAID.

SHIPPING Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

Shipping Locations

FREIGHT ITEMS We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states.

For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmission, differentials etc.), the delivery site must be a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck. We also offer for you to pick up your item at a local freight terminal or you are welcome to come to our location and pick up your item.

You can request a quote to have your item shipped to a residential address for a additional cost. Please keep in mind that most residential address drop offs require a lift gate trailer.

This cost is usually extra on top of the delivery cost. Please contact me for shipping details.

COMMERCIAL ADDRESS: A commercially zoned area able to unload a freight item from a freight truck.

Example would be the shop that's doing the work for you. A shop operating at a residence is not considered commercial unless it's licensed and operating in a commercially zoned area.

This location must have a loading dock or fork lift to take delivery. We will not cover multiple delivery fees and lift gate fees if the location is unable to unload the truck.

If you need a lift gate please contact us before hand; lift gate service is provided at an additional cost.

PART INSPECTION Please inspect all parts before signing for your purchase.

Any damage done from shipping must be brought to our attention immediately.

Hold all damage goods and packing materials for inspection.

PAYMENT POLICIES We accept Pay Pal or most major credit cards upon special request.

By law, we charge sales tax for items shipped to these states: IN (7.00%). Tax applies to the subtotal plus any shipping and handling for these states only.

Core Charge. Core is an acronym for ‘Cash On Return’. A core charge is sometimes applied to rebuildable parts such as engines or alternators that can be redeemed for a portion

of their original price. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description.
