Here are two identical headsets that came as original General Motors factory equipment

on my 2006 Buick Terraza minivan.

These were to be used with the original factory installed built-in dvd player.  I purchased the vehicle new.   The headsets have been used only once or twice and both are like-new.   Each set requires two AAA batteries (not included).

The numbers inside the headsets are 15136091   260705.  The headsets have a volume control and on/off switch.

We'll also include the remote control for the player.   It shows some light signs of use but remains in good working condition.   It requires two AA batteries (not included).   Will also send a small booklet that includes operating instructions for the dvd player and other equipment on the vehicle.

I tested both the headsets and the remote and they all work perfectly with my 2006 Buick Terraza.   I am not a dealer--I only know that they work for me.   I cannot guarantee compatibility with your GM or Buick vehicle.   They are only for use with original factory installed drop-down dvd players.   They may also work with Chevrolets and other GM mini-vans.
