For Ground/Expedited Shipping

Please inspect your item carefully upon delivery. Document any damage in a timely manner if you wish to request a refund or replacement if applicable. Any request for a refund should be accompanied by images and a statement within 48 hours of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fees for all returns, no exceptions.

Return requests are subject to a twenty percent restocking fee under all conditions except that in which the item was found to be faulty upon delivery.

Know that any issues reported with the engine will require a certified technician’s statement accompanied by their certification in order to be processed by us for a refund. Otherwise, we cannot be held accountable for improper installation or any costs associated with said installation and your refund request will be denied.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer under all conditions and will be reimbursed only if the return is found to have been faulty at the time of delivery.
