This engine along with the automatic transmission, radiator, starter, alternator was harvested from a junkyard vehicle that was completely rusted out. The Engine's fuel primer pump was leaking and replaced, then old fuel flushed, new filter and fresh fuel applied, clear plastic injector return lines installed, bled injectors, changed the motor oil and filter. It fired after a normal period of glow plug application and upon firing, holds the upper limit of gauge's oil pressure from initial firing thru to achieving operating temperature. The vacuum pump is attached and creates vacuum, but in the engine's temporary cradle, the vacuum system is not connected (e.g. for engine shutdown, other auto's functions, etc.. ).  The engine has blue smoke upon start up that moderates upon warming up (but still has some smoke). As previously referenced, as a gauge of blow by, upon loosening oil cap while the engine is running, the cap dances but does not fall off. So it does have blow by, but engine is still useable. Engine includes the starter. If would like to see video of engine running, can work out getting video to prospective buyers.
