1965 - 1966 Ford Mustang GT Instrument Cluster 140 mph

Recent swap meet purchase.

Instrument cluster was disassembled, cleaned, inspected and bench tested.

Black plastic bezel is in good condition but appears to have been painted black.

Metal housing was media cleaned and repainted white and black.

Speedometer plastic lens has no cracks or breaks and there is one light scratch ¼ inch in length. A very nice useable lens.

Speedometer cleaned then chucked the speedometer in an electric drill and ran the drill varying the speed for 3 1/2 miles. The needle rises and falls with the varying speed and the odometer advances from tenths to miles.

Bench tested all 4 gauges by applying a voltage to each and the needles react and move on all 4 gauges thus confirming electrical continuity.

Repainted the needles on all gauges.

Gauges and speedometer face numbers and markings in very good condition.
