Shipping on most parts is done via FedEx Ground. Normal ground service orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received. Delivery times vary and typically take 1-4 business days depending on your location and how far you are from Madison Wisconsin. Fedex does offer Saturday delivery for some residential addresses. Parts that are to be shipped via freight must go to a commercial address with freight access and loading dock OR forklift availability. Freight shipments may also be shipped to a terminal location for dock pickup. Parts may also be picked up in person - just call 1 day in advance to verify that parts are ready to go.

Terms of Sale

All sales are final.   Returns with RO and prior arrangement only.   Replacement only for defective merchandise.   Refund only if a replacement is not available.   Please read the item description and view the pictures carefully before purchase.
