Shipping:

We ship our products worldwide, and offer free shipping to the continental United States. Our Fast & Free order processing guarantee means we will have your module programmed, packed, and shipped within one business day. In order to do so, we will need your Vehicle Identification Number and a good contact number to reach you if necessary.

Requests to expedite shipping services can be provided for an additional fee, and are non-refundable.

• Take the stress out of repairing your vehicle. We understand electrical misdiagnoses can happen, so if the purchased part is not the problem, you are not stuck with it. Returns are accepted within 30 days, hassle-free. You can have peace of mind when buying ARES products.
• Returned units must be in original condition. Electrical parts are tested prior to purchase and if returned, all units will be inspected for burned components, physical damage and water damage. Returns are subject to a non-refundable programming fee; $50 non-refundable programming fee is applied to all Gas fuel modules, and $100 non-refundable programming fee is applied to all Diesel fuel modules.

Unless otherwise stated in specific listings, all of our control modules are fully remanufactured and repaired OEM products. Each ARES Technologies electronic control module is rigorously tested on the bench before processing.

What is your warranty policy?

All sold units are fully tested and covered by Extended Lifetime Warranty which applies only to the original item purchased and limited to only one claim. After one claim, the warranty is exhausted. Sold units will be inspected for any damaged components upon return, voiding all warranties where components are proven to be damaged by the buyer application.

Do I need to ship you the original module from my vehicle?

For certain sales, the return of the original defective unit (the "Core") to ARES Technologies will serve as a condition for the activation of the Warranty. A return authorization number/return label is provided in the package with your purchased unit. Use the prepaid label to return the original module from your vehicle for the activation of your Lifetime Warranty.
