In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

All radios come with a Warranty Sticker. Warranty is void if sticker is cut, ripped, removed or damaged.

Some radios are required to be reprogrammed through a licensed dealer. We do not cover any reprogramming costs

If part is ordered incorrectly, or is not needed,  shipping costs are not refunded, and customer must pay for shipping the part back.

Keep in mind these are not brand new, out of the box parts. These come out of salvaged vehicles. If there is any damage known prior, we make sure to put it in the listing.

In the event an item is returned and has been damaged during installation, we will not give a refund. In the event an item is damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace or refund. We try to answer all messages within 24 hours.
