ATTENTION:

Unfortunately, after having dealt with many instances of abuse to our return policies, we decided to mark all items with either a tamper evident label or other method to prevent tampering. We will not tolerate any fraudulent claims! If any evidence is found of an attempt to defraud us, a police report will be filed and the return will be closed with no refund. We are sorry to take such drastic measures but theft of this nature is very harmful to small businesses like ours and makes it very difficult to provide our customers the low prices we are known for. Please review our additional policies listed below.

• Please do not take this as us giving our customers a hard time with returns. We are not here to give you a hard time and will continue to make every effort to provide a no hassle return.

• If an item is marked with a tamper evident label, do not remove it unless you are sure you want to keep the item. If there is any sign of tampering with this label or if it is missing when sent back, no refund will be issued! Returns will not be processed for any item where the label is missing or tampered with.

• If an item is found to be defective or not as described, we will provide you a return label. Upon receiving the item back, it will be inspected before a refund is processed. Please be patient with us on these returns.

• In any case where there was an attempt to commit fraud, we will file a police report and an IC3 Complaint. The return will be closed and a refund will not be issued. We work very hard and spend a lot of money to provide our customers with the parts they need and cannot afford this loss.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• It is the buyer's responsibility to purchase the correct part. If you are unsure if a part will work for your vehicle please either verify with us or your local dealer before purchasing. The best way to ensure an item will work for your vehicle is by matching parts numbers.
• Very often there is more than one part available per application as automakers often switch midyear. If you don't have the part number, you can get it from any dealership by providing your VIN. If you are not sure, please contact us to confirm fitment. We provide part numbers and high resolution photos, but if you do not check them, we cannot guarantee fitment. Please do not assume anything else will be included if it is not pictured.
• If your vehicle was not originally equipped with the exact part(s) listed, it is your responsibility to confirm it will fit your application. Additional items may be need if this is an upgrade or custom installation. Please do some research before purchasing any item for an upgrade to your vehicle.
• After you have received your product in satisfactory condition, please don't forget to leave positive feedback. If there is any issue with the item, please do not leave neutral or negative feedback: Please contact us so that we can help to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
• We are not liable for late or delayed shipments due to weather or carrier issues. If there is a delay in shipment, the buyer must contact the carrier to resolve any issues. We cannot cancel or refund any orders due to carrier or weather delays.
• Almost all items in used store are used and have normal wear and tear. Parts are not to be assumed to be in absolute perfect cosmetic condition unless specifically stated.
• Unless the item description states otherwise, all parts are from USA model vehicles with a left hand drive setup. Items described as driver or passenger side refer to US made specifications, or left hand drive vehicles. For clarity, passenger side refers to the right side when sitting in the vehicle, and driver side refers to the left side when sitting in the vehicle.

SHIPPING TERMS:

• We do not ship to U.S. Protectorates, or AFO APO Military Addresses.
• Please consult with us to verify if we can ship an item to a P.O. Box before purchasing with a P.O. Please do not contact us after purchasing in an attempt to have us change the address.
• Small and medium size items will be shipped within 1 business day. Larger freight items may have a longer processing time to ensure they are securely packaged for safe arrival.
• Oversized items, such as hoods, engines or transmissions, can only be shipped to business/commercial addresses with a forklift or loading dock. If you do not have a business address you can provide, we can ship it to the nearest freight terminal where you would pick it up.
• Body panels, such as bumpers, hoods, doors, fenders, and other similar items, may be shipped with Greyhound. This will require pickup at your local Greyhound terminal.
• All items are available for local pickup. Local pickup is available Sunday-Saturday at a time of your convenience. If local pickup is your desired shipping method, please contact us for the address and select Local Pickup when purchasing the item.

RETURNS:

The following return policies are very strict and we will not go against them! They are set as a protection for us and our customers. Please review them carefully!

• If an item is marked with a tamper evident label, do not remove it unless you are sure you want to keep the item. If there is any sign of tampering with this label or if it is missing when sent back, no refund will be issued! We will not process a return for any item where the label is missing or tampered with!

• In the rare case an item is found to be defective, the refund amount will only be for the original purchase price. We will not cover any labor costs, diagnostics, towing, rental car or any other expenses related to an item being defective or damaged.

• If an item is found to be defective or not as described, we will provide you a return label. Upon receiving the item back, it will be inspected before a refund is processed. Please be patient with us on these returns.

• Do not buy an item to check if it is the problem with your vehicle!

• Refunds will not be issued until after the item is returned.
