I believe these came out of a 2004 forester, maybe 2005.
they mesure apport 22" unstretched
I believe they ran along the sides of the trunk - one on each side.
clips are on the bottoms of the bags and loops are on top
I do have one loop attachment as pictured in the last one. I think these come native with the vehicle, but unsure
