OEM 13" Wheel Cover Hubcap Fits 1990-94 Hyundai Excel 52960-24730 Vintage. Pair of hubcaps! They were painted in this blue-gray color at some point in the past, which appears to be different than what originally came on the car. Some of this paint is peeling. With a respray, they could look correct again. All snap rings/ retainer rings to hold them on the wheel are present on both. I removed them from wheels and they were holding just fine. These can also go on a trailer with 13” wheels if you desire a hubcap look!
