This is a bolt-on manifold with 3 studs for the throttle body and CATHEDRAL ports.

This intake manifold is compatible with any gen 3 or gen 4 LS engine (LS3 or LS4) that is using cathedral port heads.

In addition to 5.3L and 4.8L engines, this manifold can be compatible with 6.0L engines when the heads are replaced with cathedral port heads.
