This is unmarked and I don't know if this is OEM or aftermarket but it is for 1964-67 Chevy Le Mans, Chevy Chevelle, Pontiac GTO, and Olds Cutlass cars (the tag in the photo says 1965-67 but it should say 1964-67). It may not fit every model during those years so please look at the photos.
This operates fine by hand but the springs are bad/missing and will need to be replaced. The "Brake Release" knob is dirty and the pedal pad is usable but is loosing some of its rubber strips.
