Came off of a 1999 Toyota 4Runner, car ran perfect and engine was only torn down because I don’t freight complete engines. Please note you must unbolt cams and reinstall them when installing this cylinder head, all bolts for the cams are in place but not torqued to spec, only there for storage. Be sure to torque to spec and expect it to be pretty oily, I spray all raw metal parts with PB blaster surface shield for storage and wrap them in Saran Wrap, however. Differentials, heads, cams and pistons all will usually have some superficial surface rust, nothing abnormal or anything that will effect functionality.
