This driver side A Pillar is in very good condition. The A Pillar is overall clean, not rusted or rotted. It appears as though the previous owner may have tried to touch it up themselves, for whatever reason, but could easily be re-touched up properly or use as-is, still looks good and a nice solid trim piece.
