Remanufactured short block from Asheville Engine, Inc., a well known leader in the Powerstroke industry, trusted by diesel repair shops and Ford dealerships in all 50 states.   We've shipped engines to customers in Iceland, Denmark, Australia, Switzerland, Guatemala as well as other countries.

Our remanufacturing process includes cleaning, pressure testing, and magnafluxing the engine block, then properly machining it and cleaning it again.

An Asheville Engine Stage 2 cam will add about 50 HP, lower EGTs, spool the turbo quicker and will usually increase fuel mileage.

The short block is assembled with new stage 2 cam, new main, rod, and cam bearings, new pistons, rings, and wrist pins along with new lifters, new gaskets, and it is assembled using new rod bolts.

The Short Block comes with a 1 year Repair & Replacement Warranty on all parts.

Extended Warranties covering both parts and labor are offered for an additional cost.

The Extended Warranty must be purchased within 10 days of the engine purchase to be valid.
