It was not removed from a wrecked truck, it was removed and replaced with a big off road bumper. The fender extensions are painted a gray color, but I don’t know the paint code. It comes with everything you see. It has holes for factory fog lights, but they have been removed. It does have the bracket for adaptive cruise control, but the module has been removed. It has holes for 4 front park assist sensors, but the sensors have been removed..

This bumper is in good used condition. There are some minor blemishes including pits, scratches, scuffs, & bug guts (worst pictured).  Nice used bumper.
