Shipping:

We ship to all states within the U.S. including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. We start our shipping process immediately after payment is received and only ship to the PayPal confirmed addresses. Some items require additional handling time – generally 2-5 days – our team will let you know if your order will require additional handling time. International shipping is available for most products as well.

Worry-free Returns:

1.Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition as shipped and never installed. An installed item is not eligible for refund.

2.If the item is defective, we will replace the item. If we are unable to replace, we will refund 100% of what you paid.

3.If buyer purchases item by mistake or in error, we will issue a refund for part, less shipping cost.  Return shipping is paid by you.

4.For any items damaged in transit, we may request additional information such as pictures showing damage. Since the carrier is responsible for damaged items in transit, we must collect this info to file a claim.

Terms of Sale:

1.Unless stated as brand new, all items are “used” and it is expected that buyer understands that small scuffs, scratches and normal wear and tear is to be expected.

2.All buyers are expected to do their own research as to fitment of the parts and how to do the installation. We can provide reference info if requested.

3.Please consult with your local certified mechanic or a dealer to ensure that the part is working as expected prior to installation. Outcome Parts will not be held liable for failure of a part after installation. We accept free returns if the part is found to be defective prior to the installation.

4.You will only receive the part irrespective of what is pictured unless stated in the description. Please do not assume anything else will be included. We use multiple pictures to provide more information to you to select the right part however not everything pictured is included in the sale unless stated in the title or description.

Warranty:

1.Outcome Parts offers a limited 30, 60 or 90-day warranty on most of the items we sell. Warranties are listed with product information for each item.

2.All warranties begin on the date of purchase and apply only to the original purchaser. If an item fails during intended use before its warranty expiration, it can be exchanged for a new replacement of the original item.

3.Warranties cover only the cost of the item and do not cover any damage, labor, return shipping costs, or any other inconveniences incurred. An item that has been installed is not eligible to be returned for a refund but may be eligible for a replacement of the original item.

4.For a new replacement item to be covered under warranty, the failed item it is replacing must be returned to Outcome Parts within 30 days of receiving return instructions.
